HealthOur bodies were designed to be used. One scientific study after another has shown the benefits of exercise. In our modern world with high pollution and lack of exercise, our daily life places many stresses on our body. Most people are aware of blood issues like cholesterol, but fewer are aware of the lymph system that has 3 to 4 times the volume of fluid, but which depends on the bodies movement to cause circulation. The lymph system is basically the body's sewer system. With little exercise, the lymph system functions sluggishly. People are literally stewing in their own waste products. It's sort of like changing the oil in your car. You can ignore doing it, but sooner or later ignoring it will cause problems. Our programs are all designed to return our members to optimal health. The is an old saying in the fitness world "the best exercise program is the one the member will actual do". We have a wide variety of programs, each of which will affect the body in different ways and with different side benefits.
